You might be managing emotional outbursts, navigating co-parenting dynamics, or simply running on empty, trying to hold everything together. But you don’t have to do it all alone. Support is available.


A Person-Centred Approach to Parenting Support

My approach is person-centred, integrative, and collaborative. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about what’s feeling difficult — without pressure, shame, or quick-fix advice.


At the heart of my work is relationship. I take the time to understand what matters to you and tailor our sessions around your needs, values, and family context. You are the expert on your child and your life — my role is to support you with care, curiosity, and empathy.


Parenting support isn’t about being told what to do. It’s about creating space to reflect, reset, and reconnect with the kind of parent you want to be.

Every family is different. I work with parents and caregivers at all stages of life — supporting a wide range of experiences, including:

  • Emotional outbursts or behavioural struggles

Parenting under stress can activate the nervous system in ways that are hard to manage — especially if you're carrying your own experiences of trauma, anxiety, or emotional dysregulation. Together, we can explore how to bring more awareness and self-compassion into your responses, helping you feel more confident and connected in moments of tension.


This isn’t about perfection. It’s about parenting from a place that feels more aligned, grounded, and true to you.


Online Sessions

I offer online parenting counselling sessions across Western Australia. Online sessions are a flexible option, especially for busy parents balancing work, school, and home responsibilities.
