Yes — I offer secure telehealth counselling via video call for clients anywhere in Australia. It’s a flexible, private option for those outside Perth or who prefer the comfort of their own space.
I’m based in Kingsley, a northern suburb of Perth, Western Australia. In-person sessions are available at my private practice location.

Yes — everything discussed in your session remains strictly confidential, with a few legal exceptions (e.g., risk of harm). Your privacy and trust are central to the therapeutic relationship
No. You set the pace. You are never expected to share anything before you're ready.
That’s okay. Grief can be confusing and difficult to name. We start wherever you are.
Not at all. Some grief surfaces years later, and some stays tender over time. There's no expiry on grief.

Yes — everything you share in therapy is private and handled with care, in line with professional ethical guidelines. I’ll explain confidentiality in more detail before we begin.
Sessions are held via a secure video link or by phone. You’ll need a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection if using video. I’ll send the link before each session.
Sessions run for 50 minutes. We’ll work at a pace that feels manageable — whether weekly, fortnightly, or otherwise.
No, I don’t offer Medicare rebates. However, I can provide a receipt if you’d like to claim through private health insurance (check with your provider first).
